Talk to the burrow

One inbox for everything: supportburrow@rabbitboom.shop.

We answer within one business day, Monday to Friday, Mexico City time. Write in English or Spanish.

Before you write

• Order questions: include your order number. It is in your confirmation email and it makes everything faster.
• Changes or cancellations: write as soon as possible. Once a piece has left the maker it cannot be stopped; before that, we change or cancel it for a full refund.
• Something arrived wrong or damaged: send a photo with the order number and we sort it. The FAQ has the details.
• Sizing: tell us your measurements and the piece you are looking at. We will tell you which size, honestly.
